Are you a social innovator or youth based in Northeast Nigeria? Do you have a solution addressing the challenges of out-of-school children (OOSC)? Are you looking for opportunities to build your digital skills and entrepreneurship education?
Then join the conversation and be a part of the Opportunities to Learn (OTL) Activities aimed at finding solutions to the educational challenges faced by youth and out of school children in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe State.

ABOUT OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN (OTL)

The USAID’s Opportunities to Learn (OTL) Activity is a $25 million Cooperative Agreement implemented by the International Rescue Committee that aims to address the immediate education needs of out of school children (OOSC) and youth in Northeast Nigeria through safer new and existing non-formal education, while laying a groundwork for sustainable improvement of education systems at the community and government levels. The OTL also seeks to equip OOSC and youth with the foundational skills needed to progress to higher levels of education, training and/or engagement in the workforce.
Through a partnership with the Humanitarian Innovation Hub and Foundation, the IRC’s Edutank Hub is proud to launch an youth-led innovative approach to tackling these challenges through two major initiatives:
